Postage & Returns

Where We Deliver

Currently, we ship within Australia and New Zealand only.
However we may be able to arrange overseas postage, so please email us with a request at info@pandanushomewares.com.au and we will get back to you as soon as possible, please note what items you would like sent and to what country so we can obtain an accurate postage rate for you.

Who Delivers Your Order
We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

 
Delivery Times
Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday.
Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Deliveries will usually arrive between 3 to 10 working days, so long as the ordered item is in stock and depending on the parcels destination.


Postage and Handling Charges
Your postage charge is dependant on the packaging size and weight that your purchase requires and is the same Australia wide.
Some items may incur additional charges due to weight, but as a guide, prices are a minimum of $5.00 and no more than $25.00, delivery charges are added through the paypal site.


Reurns Policy
If exchanging a faulty item, all accessories, homewares and gifts must be returned in perfect condition, unused and unwashed, with all the original labels/tags attached and intact. All items must be returned in the original packaging and must be packed carefully to ensure they are not damaged further during postage. Please make sure to enclose your full name, postal address, home and mobile number so that once we receive the goods, we can asses them and get it touch with you. Items being exchanged must be received within 14 Days.

Returned items not complying with the above terms will be sent back to the customer and no refund or exchange will be given. We do not refund postage & handling charges nor are your return postage costs refunded. If you are returning items, we suggest sending them registered post as we take no responsibility for lost items.

Pandanus Homewares & Gifts do not refund or exchange for change of mind so please select carefully. If you are uncertain of sizing, colours etc… please contact our staff via email at info@pandanushomewares.com.au or via phone 07 4125 1273 before you place your order.
 
Gift vouchers may not be returned and we are unable to re-issue vouchers if they are lost so please keep them in a safe place!
